Hi Ann,

Well, what I've done thus far is to translate the files into .kwt files,
then export them to .rtf files so that they read in Word. ON the PacMate,
when I open the files, they display in Word and in grade 2 braille. I'm not
that concerned about formatting at this point. I hope my unit isn't gone
for too long, but I'm figuring at least a couple of weeks.
Best Regards,

Les

That's why I think PDI needs to consider a Keysoft word processor for the
PC. I've been experiencing just this same problem. My BN is still in
hospital, supposedly to be released by this evening. I can get at my txt
files and my doc files just fine, but anything I've written in kwb files is
not accessible to me. Since I keep everything, practically, on my
microdrive, and it can travel between my BN and an ancient laptop I have
here, it would sure make life easier if I could translate the files by using
something on the computer.

Ann P.

P.S., Les, if I get my BN before you do, you can send me your KWB files and
I'll translate 'em and send 'em back unread.

A.P.
