Hi Terri; Long ago, 2003 I think, I had en Everest that we could not get to work. You gave me some directions. I got a Basic D from CAP last January 2oo4. They have been connecting it through another computer since it is a waze from my desk. Where in your process do you choose the braille printer? I want to compare with the many steps I have and see if there is an easier way to do things. Thanks for your help.
