Oh dear, I sure do hope that you have a back up of your email folders database definition file. Because that's the only way you're going to fix this I think. First, try a hard reset, clock and all everything has to be reset. If you don't get your email folder back then, please write to me off list with what version of the keysoft that you're using. If it's version 5, I can't help you.
