Oh, sorry to confuse you Leslie. What I meant to say is that, you're exactly right, the 4 5 6 reset doesn't put everything back to the factory default. It only seems to just change a few things, like the date and time and the ActiveSync partnership. But, no, no, I'm not suggesting you delete everything. For, as of now, best I can tell, there is just no way with any of the resets to get everything back to a factory default.
