Hi, Brett. The hma agreement as you call it is just a maintenance
agreement. It only covers if something goes wrong with the unit during
normal operation. It does not include the battery nor if you spill
something into the unit. it also does not cover a board upgrade should one
come out.
It's just a maintenance aggreement for normal use.

The maintanance agreement is basically a hardware SMA.
