Hi, Charles and Sharon, Whoa, slow down! This message was not at all intended to be rude, snide, belittling, or mean. It was instead, a request for attention to a certain problem. Granted, it could have been worded better, but we all write and send before stopping to think of the impact our words might have on someone else's feelings. I know, I've done it myself. To address the issue at hand, website addresses are tricky in and of themselves, and a lot of people are confused by all the www's and dot.com's and such. I must admit that when I saw wwwmpcccom, I had to read it over a few times to figure out what you meant. Everyone makes mistakes, especially when typing, whether it be in print or in Braille. Also, everyone has the right to ask for clarification, and even to ask that someone make sure their typing is correct. Personally, I am quite paranoid about my typing, therefore I proofread and spellcheck exaustively every time I send an Email, and I still get razzed for my typos. In closing, I would like to thank you, Charles and Sharon, for that UPS website. I have archived your Email with ones from Maria, Jonathan, Dean, Rhonda, and several others that contain valuable information which I want to save. I'm sure I will find myself using that tracking website at some point in the future.

Pardon our asses, but this is nitpicking to the highest degree. When you and everyone else writes correctly, with no mistakes, then, by all means tell us about "dotcom".
