Hi Jerry,

Yes, there is a way to include the "To" header in your forwarded messages.
Yet I hesitate to give out database info because of the possibility of
deleting something. Oh well, he who never tries will never grow, correct?
So
 try this:

First and foremost, make a backup of your email folders file. To do this,
go
to the utilities menu by pressing u from the main menu, b to get to the
backup or restore option, then b to backup. select the flash disk and the
folder keymail, and back it up. i would even make sure that the file has
been successfully backed up, but that's just me. To do this, enter the file
manager by pressing f from the main menu, then d for the directory option.
select the flash disk, keymail, and hit space with x (read with x) to
display all files, select the file email folders, and press space with i
(read with i) to get the file size. next, hit backspace, select whichever
drive you have backed up the keymail folder on, hit space with t (cont.
with
t), type in "foldername/flash/keymail", without the quotes and where
foldername is the name of the folder where you backed up your original
keymail folder (sorry if this is confusing). Again, find email folders and
check the file size. If they match, you're good.

 next:
 1. from the main menu, hit w to enter keyword.
 2. hit o to open a file, select the flash disk, and the folder keymail.
 3. hit space with x (read with x), so that all, including hidden files are
 displayed.
 4. enter the file email folders. hit space with dots 4,5,6 (read with b) so
you are now at the bottom of the file. you will notice something like
"-------forwardh heading-----" followed by a series of numbers separated by
commas. These numbers correspond with certain headings already recognized
by
the keymail database. for instance, number 55 cues keymail to include the
subject heading. The number corresponding to the "to" heading is 3588. You
can find out this and other numbers by going to the top of the file by
pressing space with dots 1,2,3 (read with t), entering the find menu by
pressing space with f (read with f) typing f for forward, and typing one of
the fields, such as to, subject, cc, etc. at the beginning of each line,
the
 corresponding number is given.
5. Now, return to the bottom of the file, insert a comma after the last
number, followed by a space, and the number 3588. Remember this is a text
document so use dot 6 for the comma and nemeth braille for the numbers.
Make
sure the carriage return stays in place. If you try to exit the file and
something is not correct, the BN will prompt you that something is wrong
and
you can have another look to see what you may have keyed in incorrectly.
You
can now go into keymail and forward a test message to yourself to see if
the
 directions have worked. HTH, Laura
