Well, some kind soul pointed out to me that I may have missed the point on
this one and that, I believe, I did!

What it appears may have happened, is that a backup containing an older
version of the database was restored, hence the address list no longer
working.

What I would suggest therefore, is that when you need to do a backup, do
this in the normal manner.  However, when you restore data, use the
directory mode to move individual files or groups of files into the desired
folders.  This will protect you from accidentally copying databases that
won't work under KeySoft 6.11.

The Planner databases are fine to copy over.  However, the email,
connectivity and address list related databases that were created under the
Windows CE 2.12 platform will not work.
