Hi Terry,

I've exported files into .rtf files, and they show up in Grade 2 on my
braille display on the PC and on my PacMate. So I wonder when .brf is
preferable over .rtf? Thanks.
Best Regards,

Les

Dear Ann,

If you want Duxbury to read your files on the PC, you need to export them as
.brf files. Since you prefer to write in braille, you could set your
default file to .brf. Once you have the .brf files, Duxbury or any other
translation software can back-translate the files for you. Also, you can
read the .brf files line by line because there is a setting which will
automatically backtranslate the current line.
