If you are using a QT keyboard, go to the unicode tables by pressing
function with x.  Search for the letter you want to accent.  For accent a,
search for a acute; for e, e acute; for i i accute; for o, o accute; for u,
u accute.  You don't need multilingual software to write accented letters.
