Hi Laura,

Thanks much for your info. And, well, grin, seeing as this seemed easier
than working on the planner problem that Dean is very nicely helping me
with, I decided to take a look at it first.

Anyway, I just couldn't access those folders on the PK itself. But, rather,
I had to connect via Activesync, and then access them with my desktop
computer.

Under the Windows folder, I did find the profiles one, then a guest one was
under that, and then the cookies and history and temporary internet files
folders were under the guest folder. Under the cookies folder, I found a
file called index.dat, and then several txt files that were cookies which I
deleted. Under the history folder, I found a desktop.ini file, and a folder
called history.IE5. In this folder, I found two files, another desktop.ini
and an index.dat. But, then, I am able to clear the history, and had just
recently done that. Then, finally, in the temporary internet files folder,
I had another desktop.ini file, and a content.IE5 folder. Then, in this
folder, I had two more files, index.dat and desktop.ini. I further had in
this folder several more folders, all of which appeared to be empty, and all
of which seemed to have weird names, such as YHR12UVN and XVIWJBHA.

Anyway, thanks again for the info, as at least I know where and how to look
for this now.

hi Vicky:

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, but it strikes me as a much
easier way to deal with your problem, especially considering the finicky
nature, at best, of active-sync.

I don't own a PK but I'm assuming it will work in a similar fashion do to
the same keysoft platform.

>From the main menu, press f to enter the file manager, followed by d to

Perhaps you will be able to erase the "cookies" and "temporary internet
files" directories themselves, and o have to worry about each individual
subdirectory/file. I'll do some testing and let you know. For now, please
try this method and let me know how you find it.

HTH, Laura
