Are you using address list to do this or keyword? If you're using address list,
that's what it's suppose to say. If you're using keyword, well, I have noticed
doing what I'm doing that when I paste something like say a record, that
sometimes I don't get all of the details that I want. Why? Because the fields
that I want to have in the keyword document aren't there mainly. By putting
them in, I have found that this makes the thing work. I have also discovered,
that if I change the factory templates to definition files, it seems to make
them work better. It's going to be a long instructions document folks, but I
am furiously working on the last of it now. I have found that the easiest way
to show you a modified template was to include it myself. Note. I also
discovered that you can just have from field markers or if you're clever enough
after you have created the definition file, keep say all of your intake forms
in a database file, which actually works a lot better. T
hat's just my observation on this matter. Others may have the files working
as they are suppose to work according to section 10.10 and section 10.8.2 in
the manual. Well, that's where I got some of the info from, and a heap of
notes good ones too at that from my friend who lent me this unit. Why he just
didn't write these into a document, I dunno. The document is a good 25 braille
pages using the factory settings for a braille document. I should also point
out, that I have tried to include qt commands where ever possible, however,
it's been set out assuming that you're a braille terminal user. Stay tuned.

Steeve.

ps. If you want this document, contact me off list. I have about five people
so far.
