Lesley.; What I was told to do and what solved the problem in detail was:;
1. from the main menu go the File Manager; 2. Now choose Erase a file; 3.
Now from the drive list choose flashdisk; 4. Now choose the keyplan folder;
5. Now you need to erase all the files in this folder.; Having done this go
back to the main menu and carry out a reset using the dots 4/5/6 plus the
two right hand keys on the PK.; The system will after a short time come back
and be back at the Factory Default settings. Obviously all your data will
be lost so be sure to take the usual data precautions before doing any of
this.; I don't know if it will solve the problems you are having but
certainly it has sorted it for me and the PK is now completely back to
normal thank goodness.; I would also ssay that often the ticcle taccle
nature of this list infuriates me; however the quality of the help and
support people give is great and it's just such a shame that so much
unnecessary traffic is generated by the list.; All the best.

factory default. My ENTER key is not work but I have to press SPACE and

No one could help me in my local of Minneapolis Minnesota USA. I work so
