Hi Dean, Just tried it again, and it does play the file but doesn't seem to offer the download dialogue box ....wonder if that's somekind of setting in IE. I'll have a fiddle.

What BrailleNote users should do is after listening to one of the files, perform a 456/jkl reset, setting the time and date. this will clear the KeySoft system disk, that there might be room for the other file when downloaded.
