Everyone is accountable to someone. My counselor, way back when was the
supervisor. However, there is always someone in charge. When you want
something bad enough, you have to dig. Lisa is right--take every piece of
information you have. Your counselor is blind; he should know all about
this technology.

Even if this guy is the supervisor of the counselors, he's still got a
boss ABOVE HIM.

counselor mad, but you can have an appeal, and try to get a meeting of
the minds. I doubt there's much other advice any of us have, except you
need to talk to more than him. He's not the only one working. Have you
tried talking to his supervisor? Instead of talking to the same person,
which hasn't helped, talk to his supervisor. See if you can have a
meeting even, with the three of you.
