The PK has a USB port, but not the regular BN.

No, it's TAP - It stands for Technology Assistance Project.  There's a TAP
program in every state as far as I know.  They're the folks who bring
exhibits of assistive technology around your state so people can learn
about what's new to help people with disabilities.  My state, and many
others, also makes a low-interest loan program available.
