The one thing to keep in mind here is Roger is a dealer. He makes money selling products. Nothing wrong with that, we all gotta eat. But you can never criticize a product you sell, and besides, many of us aren't criticizing the product itself, we are criticizing Humanware's manner of handling inquiries and their overall strategy in getting the upgrade delivered to customers.
