Sarah, I have to take the responsibility here cause I assumed that the lpe modem was for dialup instead of reading more carefully. the PK manual states in section 12.5.3 about dialup manuals and it's covered in 12.5.2 and I have to read more carefully. I believe I may have what I need but I may not have set it up correctly. I'll have to study this some more. thanks. Isaac
