Hi Brenda and Josh,

To copy the address from within the message, use the block commands menu
to mark and copy it to the clip board. From within the message header,
use I think backspace with k for a bt, I don't have a bn at hand at the
moment, otherwise it might be enter with k for a bt, but I'm almost sure
that the former is correct. For a QT I think it's control with c to
copy it from the header.

Then paste it in the to field with backspace with v for a bt and control
with v for a QT. This is also the way to paste at the internet address
prompt.

Regards
Riana

Josh, the first step is to go to that from address, and hit return with
"s" to make it spell whithout the quotes of course. Then once you've
heard the address, send an email by typing it into a new letter.
I'm not totally satisfied with this answer. There should be a way so
one can spell out an address one letter at a time and hear it.
But if you're still awake enough, use the return "s" and if you happen
to have a braille display, take a look. See, I have a voice note
system with a braille keyboard. If I wanted to know your address, I
could go to the from prompt in your message and make it spell very
rapidly in voice by pressing return s. Hope this helps. I'm not
totally happy with this answer. I'm forgeting something, but it's the
best I can do for now. There's even a trick about pasting email
addresses, I think.
 but I don't know it.
