Hello Don and list,
My DSL is already in place and operating and has been for some months
now! Since that is the case, I'd only need to put in my new ambicom card
and set up parameters in my BN wouldn't I? This includes network name,
password etc. I wasn't planning on accessing anything in my PC right
away! I was just going to check Email and go on the WEB with my BN BT.
Thanks for your thoughts. I have been reading the manual on this topic for
6.1.

hi Peggy,
I had someone set it up because I'm not all that familiar with setting up
a network and didn't want to get stuck in a situation where nothing worked.
You may not need someone to come and do it, but it's still not a bad idea
if you feel unsure. In any case, you might try to set it up yourself but
contact
someone who might be available if you do run into a problem.

Oh, so you have to have someone come and set it up? You don't just hook it
up yourself? Or was that just something you chose to do because you
weren't sure? <smile>
