Although some of the employees at Radio Shack are friendly and
knowledgeable, I don't think Radio Shack or any commercial non-blindness
related store should be authorized to change the battery packs in our BNs.
I think PDI should equip and authorize people who work at places serving the
blind that have PC's, screen readers BrailleNotes and other products.

PDI should also consider offering external battery packs. The Keynote
Companions had them, and they were very easy to change.

> I wouldn't let Radio Shack employees touch any of my equipment, even if it
was a piece of junk. Most of the employees that I've run across, I'd bet
they'd find a better level of employment for them, flipping burgers.
Another note on Radio Shack, is: "us Blind people are not capable of working
in their call centers". They wouldn't even give me a chance, to prove them
wrong.
