I have a BrailleNote QT, and it most certainly does have four thumb keys on
the front, just like a BrailleNote BT. I wonder if you are thinking of a
VoiceNote QT? This unit only uses speech, and therefore doesn't need or
have thumb keys.

A Braillenote qt does not have thumb keys

Isaac,
Would you suggest using the thumb keys, (the two inner ones), to navigate
through the web page? This might be what they need.
Sarah

Sarah,
they've not mentioned any issues with the equipment, just with what to do
once they're on the webpages.
thanks.
Isaac

using one of the cursor routing buttons above the link they want. This
seems to be the same as pressing enter on the link, but sometimes it's more
exact.
