Hi, Kelly:
Go to the top of the list with dots 1,2,3 chord.  Press dots 1,2,4 chord,
then F.  Enter the text you want to find.  When you find the number you want
to delete, press dots 2,5 chord to delete the work.
Many times, if in a textbook, you will see a line of dot 1,4's with the
number at the end.  You can even search out those, and delete the word.
Hope this is what you wanted to know.
