Para facilitar o seu trabalho, faça isso, que dá no mesmo:

CREATE TABLE fildiv
(
 id serial,
 tipo int2 DEFAULT 0,
 inf text,
 id01 int4 DEFAULT 0,
 id02 int4 DEFAULT 0,
 CONSTRAINT fildiv_id_pk PRIMARY KEY (id)
)
