Kim's BLUEBERRY PIE   from Finland

Mix

1/2 liter lukewarm milk
1/2 dl sugar
50 gr yeast or a package dry yeast


Add enough wheat flour to make a dough

Set aside and let rise to double size. 

Take out the dough and put it on a table 
and roll out most of the dough to a big 
square and put it om baking tray. 

Put 2 cups of fresh blueberries and 
1 dl sugar on the dough. 

Slightly fold over the dough around 
the sides. 

Remaining dough shall be rolled out 
to thin string that shall be put 
criss-cross over the dough. 

Beat slightly an egg and brush the 
dough with the egg. 

Let rise for 10 minutes and the bake 
for 15 minutes in moderate oven. 

Cut in squares to eat.
