Chocolate Marble Muffins
2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
half bag of chocolate chips
half bag of white chocolate chips
3 teaspoons melted butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees degrees.
Sift flour. Add sugar and chocolate chips (including white). Beat egg. Combine
egg, milk and butter.
Stir until all mixed but if stirred too much it will not rise! Pour into muffin
tray.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Delicious muffins that the kids will love.
