Spicy Sandwich Bread
2 1/2 teaspoon yeast
2 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 tablespoon olive oil
4 anchovies, chopped
1/2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
1 1/2 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup warm water
Place all ingredients in bread machine in order or as directed by
manufacturer. Bake on "white bread" setting or use "dough" setting and bake in
conventional oven.
