Banana Nut Bread 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup sifted flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon soda in 1/2 cup of buttermilk 1 cup mashed bananas 1/2 teaspoon butter nut vanilla flavoring - I had to use regular vanilla, didnt have the other 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
