Suzann,
I have a similar bread machine and can possibly help you
more, but to get you started, go to:

www.youtube.com/watch?v=JtZAkbl1mkk

Or go to youtube.com and search for:
DAK Auto Bakery - Bread Machine Manual

It isn't filled with very good advice, but it gives you an idea
of how to assemble it and that can be frustrating if you
don't know how to put in that bread pan. Once you know
how, it is no problem at all. I do want to tell you that the
guy in the video says to put the liquid in first. The manual
says to put in the yeast and sweetener (sugar, honey,
etc.) first. He's using a DAK but it and the Welbilt
machines are very similar.

This guy has made several videos and one is of a
cinnamon bread failure. It is very obvious that he doesn't
have the right wet to dry ingredient ratios. I can't say he's
an expert, but it will be helpful to see how it works. What
I'm taking a long time to say is, watch how he assembles
it, but don't pay attention to much else he says.

I sure hope he isn't on this list! If he is, I am sorry and
hope I didn't offend you.

Please feel free to email me offline and I'll help you all I
can. You have a great machine, even if it isn't the latest or
most expensive, so don't let that bother you. I've had
mine about 15 years and made sweet rolls and a loaf of
oatmeal bread in mine this morning. Mine has taken a
licking and kept on ticking. It even walked off the edge of
the counter and fell to the floor once when I didn't check
the wet/dry ingredient ratios like I should have.
