Anna Banana Bread

 

Serving Size  : 10    

  1/2      cup  applesauce

  1         cup  sugar

  1         egg

  1         egg white

  3         bananas -- mashed

  1         teaspoon  vanilla extract

  2 1/2   cups  flour

  1         teaspoon  baking soda

  2         teaspoons  baking powder

  1          teaspoon  cinna

 

Combine sugar and wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients separately. Add to 
wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350, 50 to 60 minutes.

 

NOTES : You can add 1 cup of oatmeal, omitting 1/2 cup flour, for texture. Barb
