Good morning, As many of you know, I believe in publicly telling the truth about vendors. I try to be objective and fair, whether be good or bad news.
Earlier today I posted about Ann's grinder setting question, and mentioned that the free coffees I had received with my B2 were rancid. Not two hours later, I have a message sitting in my inbox (Saturday morning, mind you) from Gary Salzman. He apologized and is sending me more coffee to further his apology. I told him that WLL has always treated me more than fair, and that the couple of bad pounds were no big deal. But in any case, this is yet another example of WLL going above and beyond. As I've said before, any machine will have some problems. It's how the vendor handles them that matters. Should my B2 ever fail to meet my needs, I'll be back to WLL for the next purchase. Great weekend to you all. I'm expecting my yearly shipment of Hatch green chile today, so the house will be full of the smells of another type of roasting! bmc "Faith will move mountains, but you'd better bring a shovel....." --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
