My thoughts as well, Ray. But I'm always hoping to get some incremental
improvements. Always. ;-)

I can't really imagine it will pull a BETTER shot. With the rotary pump, it
should pull them more quietly and with the PID, it could possibly pull a
more consistently good shot. But the temperature stability of the Brewtus is
already its great strength, so I tend to wonder how necessary the PID will
be. On the other hand, does the PID continue to only set in increments of
one degree Celsius or can it now be as precise as one degree Fahrenheit? If
it can do Fahrenheit, that would be an improvement in precision and it might
make it possible to get a slightly better shot out of particularly picky
blends. But I've been doing just fine with the B II as is and can't see
upgrading anything other than parts needed just to keep it running, as they
break down.

My question to Todd, or anyone else who has tried the new Brewtus, does it
pull a better shot? Obviously I'm interested in the idea of doing a modular
upgrade of my BII but with no end user comparisons between the existing BII
next to the new Brewtus pulling either quality home-roast or recognized
boutique retail roasted beans, it becomes harder to pull my wallet out.

Todd, have any end users reviewed the new BIII?

Thx.

As soon as we have the parts and pieces to add on a rotary pump I'll let
know.

My hope is that we can have everything in about a month but don't quote me
at this time. Sorry it has taken so long.
