I received my Brewtus III last week and have been pleased with the
performance of the machine but have had some concern that the PID is
not calibrated optimally. I have asked Whole Latte Love for
assistance but they must be too swamped to respond. After searching
the web for days I came across the following article that was written
about an Izzo Alex Duetto that uses the same PID as the Brewtus. The
article explains how to program the PID and has proven to be quite
helpful.

Before adjusting any setting I would suggest that you note the default
setting that are in the unit so that you can always find your way back
home if your tinkering does not yield the results that you desire.
Since making a few adjustments my Brewtus seems to remain a bit more
stable and take less time to stabilize. If you are daring please post
your results and suggested settings.
