On top of that, Todd replied telling me that he would email his
customers soon with detailed instructions in how to descal the
machine.
He said that draining the steaming boiler is very easy, just heating
up the machine, then turning it off and finally opening the water
knob.
In addition to that, to drain the brew boiler the machines has to be
cold.  Then remove the large nut on top of the group along with the
spring and plunger, and finally face the back the back of the machine
towards the sink being careful no to scratch it.

As I said the detailed instructions are about to be released.
