Hi everyone, I just received a portafilter gauge from WLL and measured my brew pressure at 9 bar, while the built-in gauge read 11.5 bar! Since it maxes-out at 9 bar, and the target brew pressure is 9 bar, does this mean I should to crank it up a bit? Say to 9.5 bar?
