Hey Guys,

I am appalled that this simple process could have caused so much havoc to my
company name.

We work so hard everyday to get it right, but in this case I was only as good
as an employee that decided they didn't care enough to do a professional job.
The employee has been disciplined. If this occurs again they will be
terminated. That is how serious I am about professionalism. This day and age
of the web and the economy will not allow companies to survive with such
behavior.

My apologies.

Damn, I apologize, I missed the last sentence of paragraph two.
