Todd from WLL just called and walked me through the process so I'm back in
business. Thanks, Todd!

The installation instructions I received were missing the description of a
connection that I only discovered when I zoomed in on the photo. So kind of my
bad and kind of theirs. Todd's going to make sure I have the most up-to-date
version of the instructions and I'll add the missing step plus I'll add a
little more description based on my fresh experience. I definitely don't do
this for a living so I apologize in advance if they're too basic.
