I got a new one from Whole Latte Love about a month ago.  It's definitely a lot 
sturdier than the original one in my 6-year-old Brewtus II. The plastic screw 
is now brass.  Be advised though, as I was not, that this OPV is shorter than 
the old one and if you replace it alone, it doesn't line up with the access 
hole that's behind the drip pan.  It's possible to have it line up if you 
replace a couple of other parts, but I'm not certain which ones.  I recall the 
de-airator being one of them.  I'm living fine without it being lined up since 
it's really a one-time adjustment.
