Thanks for this Todd. A few comments below.

First, you might mention at the beginning of both instruction files (PID and
rotary) that if you're doing both conversions, it's easier to do all drilling
before bolting anything in for good. I did the full pump conversion, then
pulled it all back out to do the drilling for the PID relay, etc.

Regarding these steps:

f. Install adapter (F) into the “T” fitting under the boilers and run the
stainless steel water line to it from the pump.

--I received the teflon line, not the stainless steel with adapter. I would
very much like the stainless version if you can send it along.

g. Drill out housing and install the new cup warmer tray.

--What's the scoop with the new tray? The old one fits fine, though it's a bit
short and sometimes wants to fall into the machine. Do you replace this so
that people don't have easy access to the hot/energized internals? Or because
it was made too short and no longer has internal support? The new one is a
nice tray, and will work with my old rail from the old tray to keep cups in
place too. Old tray obviously has the benefit of not having to drill in
stainless.

h. Run wires from the vibration pump to the rotary pump. Use the included
“spade” style terminals to connect the wires
together.

--My pump came with these already installed, plus extras in the bag. I just
plugged the pump in and was done with that part. I did not receive a crimp
fitting for the switch wires below the reservoir, but had a jumper wire already
and used it instead.

This is the NU300056 adapter
that we supply with the kit.
This has a 3/8” male flair
fitting that you will hook up to.

--It would be really nice to have the correct fitting to go from that male
flare to 1/4" tubing, which I'd bet is what most people will use to run through
the counter top. I detailed what I used in one of my posts, but I bet there's
a one-step solution out there, i.e. 3/8" female flare to 1/4" tube.

Thanks again Todd,
bmc
