Hi Ben

I solved my double basket issue. I have 3 doubles, and got them mixed
up (naked PF, Stock and one extra from another vendor). I finally
found the stock basket and now I can lock it in the grouphead with the
stock PF. Very embarrassing!

Yes, even though I froze my beans on 3/4 (roasted on 3/1) it didn't
keep them fresh enough. Plus my distribution is probably off. I do
have some holes in my puck after extraction. I'm trying to keep my
tamp consistent and I started grinding a little finer. I have fresh
beans coming Wednesday, so hopefully it will get better. Need to
watch more videos! :)

I'm hanging in there. I figure everyone has gone through this, so I'm
in good company.

Cindy
