Hi,

If you can make sure that there is no water leaks from the group when using 
that rubber blind, I'd say, it would be strange that the company you bought it 
from didn't check before it was sent to you.  Or could it happen during the 
shipment??? Well, you can check youtube on how to set the brew pressure (video 
from WLL) You need to set it to above desired bar, in this case 9,5 or 10 easy.
