Just came across this, can add some data. I have all 3 sizes (gifted to me because of an order mixup).
The 15 and 18 fit fine in the stock portafilter though aren't held as securely as the stock basket so the sometimes fall out. This also means I can now remove the baskets with my fingers for cleaning. Sadly the 22g basket is just a scootch too tall (or maybe slightly wide at its base) so portafilter can't fit into group head. Might be possible to mill the portafilter so it fits? I have played around switching between stock, 15 and 18 gram filters. I find with my current technique that I pull more consistant shots with the VST filters. I may also be getting slightly less acid and particulate flavors. I personally prefer the flavors I get from the 15g basket. The 18g basket doesn't want a longer pull so its shots tastes incomplete to me. This is all with vivace dolce at 95-96 degrees on a pidded b2.
