I've thought of it, looked at the Elektra valves like this:

But they're stupid expensive.
The only issue should be connecting the back of the valve to the
copper pipe inside the Brewtus. If it's the same or you can make it
the same it should just work. You should also check the mounting
holes are the same size. Other than that, it's just a valve.
