Dude, you've let your water run out, you need to take tube out of the tank,
force some water into the tube while starting the pump and then put the
pipe in a feed.

I do it with a large glass high up as I can get it so that you have a small
static head, you could connect the pipe to your tap by holding it in if
you're close enough the pressure of the tap will push the water though.
Your pump will go back to quiet, stop it, put back in the now full
reservoir. Make sure the tube sits at the bottom and doesn't curl up.
That's probs why it ran dry before the reservoir switch stopped the machine.
