I have a new brewtus IV-r built in .june 2013 but delivered to my home this December. as far a I can figure out there is a built on perfusion time when I bring the lever all the way up. Guido's posts seem to confirm this to be more than a few seconds.
Without the time perfusion. I had been targeting my extraction time to me 25 seconds. Now with the built in perfusion what time should I be trying to achieve?
