Hey all, I am in possession of an Expobar that is in great condition...except it doesn't work :)
It is only 6 years old and I am the original owner. The nearest repair shop is over an hour and a half away and I know I simply won't get around to tinkering with it and they want more than half the cost of a replacement. However, it seems that many of you on this list spend a lot of time tinkering and troubleshooting. So if anyone is interested in getting a great deal on this machine (even if only for parts), let me know. If you're not in the upstate NY area, you will have to arrange for shipping costs. I'm willing to work with anyone in providing as much detail as I can on symptoms and such. If I had to take a SWAG, I'd say there's an electrical component at fault as the symptom is the boiler stopped heating and the thermostat display stopped providing a readout.
