My conclusion: the european Brewtus has a 2000W heating element on each boiler, from 2014. The steam tip is the same, with one hole. Cream international (the factory) has tell me that it's impossible to recive a two holes steam tip with an original unit untouched by vendor.
My reccomandation, after many debates on our romanian espresso forum (espressoman.ro/forum), it's to raise up the steam pressure to 1.2-1.3 bar and replace the original steam tip with the german Tidaka 4 holes steam tip <https://www.tidaka.net/de/product.html?info=1273> or the 3 holes variant (1mm / hole). The results will be impressive, due to a more powerful vortex and half time of frothing, without dropping the steam pressure under 0.8 bar.
