I think that the main thing limiting the size of the element is the current
that the Brewtus can draw from the 110v plug.

1650W max

If you can get your plug upgraded (speak to your electrician, will probably
need to change some wiring), I think you could get away with a 200W
element, perhaps an idea to check how much amperage it is drawing with the
existing element and you can work out the overhead from the pump etc. Would
also suggest putting your grinder on a seperate circuit if it is going to
be close.

BTW . I upgraded my element to a 2000W one on my 220V machine and it is a
beast with the steam after I did the upgrade, definitely a worthwhile
upgrade.
