Yes, you can do it. I make microfoam daily using a stock Brutus III.  Milk
processing varies amongst processors so I had to try different brands to find
the one that works well.  It did take a little practice but the technique is
easy. You tube is useful for learning how to accomplish perfect foam.

Man does not live by coffee alone. Have a beignet.

stock expobar brewtus IV and microfoam
Hallo!
I am consindering to buy an Expobar Brewtus IV with vibrator pump (I currently
have an old Gaggia Classic).
I mainly drink flat whites - which means that creating microfoam is top
priority. I have never managed to make decent microfoam with gaggia - but I am
not very experienced after all.
Is (according to your experience) a stock expobar brewtus IV capable of
producing microfoam in the hands of a statistically median person? (I am not a
top notch barista and never will be but I don't have two left hands either..
;-) )
Thanks a lot in advance,
basilis
