It’s just because you flush all the coffee oils out of it with cafiza. After a 
few shots it will smooth out again. Normal in my experience. I never felt it 
was worth it to disassemble each time you use cafiza in order to lube with food 
grade silicone grease. Just pull some shots and enjoy. As data, in the 8 years 
my B2 was active, I only had to replace the shaft seals once, even with not 
lubing ever except when I replaced the seals.
